Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or we have failed to inform you that you must bear those costs.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
6. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at infocenter@ghiphareghelroxx.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
9. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
10. Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective or we have agreed to bear those costs.
